Ricardo Lajoie, Chief Merchant, Vans and Benjamin Peterson, Global Senior Director, Jordan Energy Relationships, Nike will share what it takes to reach a senior leadership level. Hear how they navigated their early careers, built powerful networks, and developed into the leaders they are today, while staying rooted in authenticity and purpose. The event will be moderated by Aria Hughes, Editorial Creative Director, Complex.

The Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund Talk Series is designed to empower the next generation of talent, including Black and African American creatives, as well as those who reflect the creativity, curiosity, and progressive spirit that drive this work forward.

Building upon what Virgil Abloh started at the Fashion Scholarship Fund with his community of friends and collaborators, this series continues his commitment to open access and knowledge sharing. It provides direct access to industry luminaries, candid conversations, and professional development opportunities.

By connecting emerging talent with experienced professionals through mentorship and guidance, participants gain invaluable insights and develop the skills needed to succeed.
