Become an FSF Class of 2026 Mentor and support the next generation of fashion leaders

 
 

FSF is the foremost fashion-oriented education and workforce development nonprofit organization in the U.S., awarding more than $20 million since 2005.

FSF Scholars are mentored to prepare them for future careers in design and product development, merchandising, marketing, and business. Through personal mentorship, professional development, networking, and unparalleled access to the industry’s most influential creative talents and business leaders, Scholars gain the guidance and connections needed to thrive in their chosen fields.

As an FSF Mentor, you will:

  • Be thoughtfully paired with one or more FSF Scholars / Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholars

  • Foster relationships with motivated young leaders

  • Help guide their early career through goal setting, collaboration, and network building
