Dear FSF Community:
As we continue to face very challenging and uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to all of you who make the Fashion Scholarship Fund’s important work possible.
First and foremost, the Fashion Scholarship Fund is continuing to operate, thanks to our dedicated FSF staff, who are safe and well, and working diligently from home and available during our customary business hours. If you have questions or concerns about our programs, events, or our upcoming 2021 Case Study Competition (we are planning to open the digital submission portal on April 1st), please do not hesitate to reach out to any of us via email or by phone (note the directory below).
As many of you know, FSF has several events planned in the coming months--we are working to ensure that as many of these events as possible can be executed, albeit virtually. For example, very soon, and to promote the release of our 2021 Case Study Competition, we will be hosting dynamic virtual presentations (instead of our planned campus visits) which may, in fact, allow us to reach more students (wherever they may currently be) and be as compelling as the on campus in person version. We are working to reimagine our Accelerator Grant Program (and supporting Shark Tank event), our Alumni Association Professional Development events, and our Summer Intern series. We're excited that these events, redefined, may be even more vibrant, and engaging (allowing Scholars and Alumni throughout the country to be participants). We will share updates as soon as they are available.
Our Scholars (and students who may be future Scholars) and Alumni are the life force of this organization -- we are committed to staying connected and engaged with them, and with you Educators, Judges, Mentors and Corporate Partners -- our equally important constituents. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of us with any questions or concerns.
