Share your knowledge and change a student’s life

Anyone with experience in the fashion industry can be a part of the FSF signature Mentor Program. As a mentor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to advise an FSF Scholar or Alumnus on their professional and personal development at key stages of their career.

You don’t have to live in the same city as your mentee, but we do encourage mentors and mentees to connect on a regular basis via phone, email, or in person. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your mentee face-to-face through FSF networking events.

Become an FSF judge

With over 700 case study submissions every year, the FSF is always looking for judges to review student submissions. Whether your experience is in design, merchandising, marketing and analytics, or supply chain, your time and expertise will help us identify the next generation of FSF Scholars and fashion’s future leaders.
